OpsOh Games

1. Which games this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy explains how OpsOh LLC (“OpsOh,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in Skytangle and in future OpsOh games that link to this page.

This policy applies only to games whose App Store listing or in-app privacy link points to https://opsoh.com/privacy/games/. Wordgrove has its own Wordgrove Privacy Policy.

Individual games may use different names for levels, hints, rewards, coins, or other gameplay items. The privacy practices described here remain the same unless a game provides additional information.

2. How these games work

These games do not require an OpsOh account. OpsOh does not operate player profiles, social features, or gameplay-account servers for them. They use local device storage, Apple services, and Google advertising services as described below.

3. Gameplay data, virtual coins, and local storage

Each game stores information on your device so it can remember your progress and preferences. Depending on the game, this may include completed levels or puzzles, scores, streaks, achievements, hints, virtual coin balances, unlocked content, settings, tutorial status, purchase status, review-prompt status, and information needed to manage ad frequency or confirm an earned reward.

Virtual coins and similar in-game items are gameplay features. They are not real currency, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be earned through gameplay, granted as a reward, or obtained through an Apple in-app purchase.

You can generally remove locally stored gameplay data by deleting the game. Reinstalling a game may restore purchase entitlements through Apple, but locally stored progress or consumable virtual items may not be recoverable unless the game specifically provides a supported synchronization method.

4. Optional iCloud synchronization

Some games may use Apple’s iCloud key-value storage to synchronize supported gameplay progress across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Games without iCloud synchronization store gameplay information only on the device.

OpsOh does not operate iCloud storage and does not receive a dashboard or account through which we can view your individual synchronized gameplay progress. Apple handles iCloud data under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Information synchronized through iCloud may remain subject to your iCloud settings and Apple’s retention practices even after the game is deleted.

5. Advertising and Google AdMob

The free versions of these games use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to provide advertising. Depending on the game, this may include interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded ad is shown only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as coins, a hint, an extra action, or another gameplay reward.

When a game requests or displays an ad, Google and its advertising partners may automatically receive information such as:

• the game’s name and version;
• device and operating-system information;
• IP address and general location inferred from it;
• advertising or other device/app identifiers available under your device settings and applicable law;
• ad requests, impressions, interactions, reward completion, and related timestamps; and
• diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and performance information.

Google may use this information to deliver ads, measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain and improve its services, and—where permitted by your choices and applicable law—personalize ads. These games do not currently use a separate analytics SDK. Advertising reports and measurement provided through AdMob are part of the advertising service described above.

6. Consent and advertising choices

These games use Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent or present privacy choices where required. Depending on your region, device settings, eligibility, and choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or based on contextual information.

Where available, you can review or change your advertising choices through Privacy Choices in the game’s Settings. You can also manage Apple privacy and tracking settings on your device. Changing device-level settings may affect the choices available in the game.

Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads. The game may still display non-personalized, limited, or contextual ads.

7. In-app purchases

These games may offer Apple in-app purchases for virtual coins, content packs, gameplay items, bundles, ad removal, or similar features. Apple processes the transaction and payment information. OpsOh does not receive your full payment-card details.

OpsOh may receive transaction and entitlement information needed to provide, validate, restore, and support purchases. Consumable purchases, including many virtual-coin purchases, may not be restorable after they have been delivered or used. Non-consumable purchases may be restorable through Apple where supported.

Apple handles purchase information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.

8. Support communications

If you contact OpsOh for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, purchase information, or diagnostic details. We use that information to respond, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and maintain our records.

Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request.

9. How information is shared

OpsOh does not sell personal information for money. Information may be handled by:

• Google and its advertising partners, to provide and measure ads and protect the advertising service;
• Apple, to provide App Store distribution, in-app purchases, iCloud when a game includes it, and related platform services;
• service providers that help OpsOh operate support, hosting, security, or business records under appropriate obligations; and
• legal or safety authorities when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or support a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Depending on applicable law, personalized advertising or the availability of certain identifiers may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity. The choices described above are provided where applicable.

10. Data retention

Gameplay information stored locally remains on your device until it is removed by the game, you reset applicable game data, or you delete the game. Synced information is subject to Apple’s iCloud settings and retention practices.

Google and Apple retain information according to their own policies. OpsOh retains support communications and directly held business records only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.

11. Children’s privacy

These games are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. OpsOh does not knowingly operate accounts or directly collect personal information from children through the games.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to OpsOh, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. Advertising availability and treatment may also depend on age, region, platform settings, and the information available to Google.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or information about processing, and withdrawing consent where consent is the applicable basis.

Use the privacy controls described above for advertising choices. Requests concerning information controlled by Google or Apple should be directed to the applicable provider. For information held directly by OpsOh, such as a support email, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify and clarify your request.

13. International processing

Google, Apple, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their policies explain the safeguards and legal bases they use for international processing.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the games, their services, or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Important changes may also be communicated within a game or through another appropriate channel.

When a future OpsOh game links to this page, this policy will apply to that game. If a game uses different services or handles information differently, OpsOh will update this page or provide a separate privacy policy before those changes are introduced.
